The city of Fort Dodge is now one step closer to turning the old Crossroads Mall into the new open-air Crossroads Plaza.
The city council approved an agreement with the developer.
KCCI first told you about the plan in November. The city will now work with the developer to create a master plan for the site.
The council will review and vote on the master plan in mid-March.
