As the Construction Manager at Risk, DCI Group was managing the construction of a 50,000-square-foot precast office building and four stories precast parking structure.

This project was located on a greenfield urban site. In addition to constructing the office building and parking structure, DCI Group also paved Elm Street and carried out public improvements for the City of Des Moines, which were turned over upon project completion. The scope of the project also included the build-out of four tenant spaces within the building. DCI Group further assisted with the selection and procurement of furniture for each tenant.
