SE 6th Street Office and Parking Building

DCI Group served as Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot precast office building and a four-story precast parking structure on a greenfield urban site in Des Moines.

In addition to the office and parking structures, the project included paving Elm Street and completing public improvements for the City of Des Moines, which were turned over upon project completion. The scope also involved the interior build-out of four tenant spaces, as well as assistance with the selection and procurement of furniture for each tenant.

The project demonstrates DCI Group’s expertise in managing complex urban construction, coordinating public improvements, and delivering functional office and parking solutions on time and on budget.
