DCI Headquarters

As the Construction Manager at Risk, DCI Group was managing the construction of a 50,000 SF precast office building and four stories precast parking structure.

This project was situated on a green field urban site. In addition to constructing the office and parking structure, DCI Group also paved Elm Street and performed public improvements for the City of Des Moines, which were handed over at the end of the project. The project also included the completion of four tenant spaces in the building. DCI Group was also involved in the furniture selection and procurement for each tenant.
