302 Main Street Renovation – Mixed-Use Construction in Downtown Cedar Falls

DCI Group served as Construction Manager for the three-story, mixed-use renovation at 302 Main Street in downtown Cedar Falls, a key project supporting the area’s revitalization.

The project included construction of a new home for Lincoln Savings Bank on the first and second floors, integrating functional banking spaces with modern amenities. The building exterior combined storefront glass, curtain walls, unit windows, and a brick and limestone facade, complemented by metal panels and steel entrance overhangs. Historical architectural elements were incorporated to blend seamlessly with the surrounding downtown buildings.

DCI Group coordinated complex construction sequencing, managed multiple trades, and ensured high-quality finishes, delivering a modern, functional, and aesthetically cohesive building on schedule and within budget.
