The corridor upgrades feature new LED lighting, HVAC enhancements, ACT ceilings, accent wood panels, carpet, and fresh paint. Restroom updates include new tile, LED lighting, partitions, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, and paint. The project team comprised Principal, JLL, Substance Architecture, and DCI Group.
