801 Grand Common Area Renovations

DCI Group is nearing the completion of renovating the common areas on multiple tenant floors in 801 Grand.

Corridor improvements include new LED lighting, HVAC upgrades, ACT ceilings, accent wood panels, carpet, and paint. Restroom improvements consist of new tile, LED lighting, partitions, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, and paint. The project team included Principal, JLL, Substance Architecture, and DCI Group.
