DCI Group is nearing the completion of renovating the common areas on multiple tenant floors in 801 Grand.
Corridor improvements include new LED lighting, HVAC upgrades, ACT ceilings, accent wood panels, carpet and paint. Restroom improvements consist of new tile, LED lighting, partitions, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, and paint. Project team included Principal, JLL, Substance Architecture, and DCI Group.
