Accenture – Office Build-Out at 909 Locust

DCI Group developed 15,000 square feet of office shell space in the 909 Locust Building in downtown Des Moines for Accenture.

The project included two full kitchens, an all-glass conference room with a cloud ceiling, and an open office layout featuring adjustable lighting to maximize natural light. Breakout and phone rooms were incorporated to support meetings and collaboration. The build-out delivered a modern, functional workspace tailored to Accenture’s operational and client-focused needs.
