Ruan II
DCI Group was hired as a Construction Manager at Risk to remodel 68,188 SF over four levels of the Ruan II building in Des Moines for AmeriHealth Caritas. The four-level tenant improvement included demolition, conference rooms, offices, project room, cafeteria, training room, break rooms, reception area, and finish upgrades. The work was staged to allow daily operations for AmeriHealth Caritas functioning with little disruption. DCI Group also was responsible for furniture relocation and set up for the reconfiguration of staff throughout the space.
Cedar Rapids Community Center
As a Construction Manager at Risk for AmeriHealth Caritas, DCI Group fully renovated an existing 3,650 SF standalone building in Cedar Rapids for AmeriHealth Caritas Community Center for their clients. The schedule for this project was very aggressive with a mid-March start and a mid-April completion. Work included asbestos abatement, demolition, new offices, break room, staff workroom, HVAC, and electrical modification, server room, conference room, interior upgraded finishes, and exterior signage/soffit work. DCI also coordinated IT and AV equipment coordination and installation.
Harding Hills
DCI Group was hired as a Construction Manager at Risk by AmeriHealth Caritas for a 7,350 SF tenant build-out in the Harding Hills Strip Center in Des Moines, IA. The project included demolition, building conference rooms, training room, offices, restrooms, kitchenette, lobby/receptionist area, and hoteling area. DCI also helped coordinate AV and IT installation with AmeriHealth. The project schedule started in mid-June 2016 and completed mid-August 2016.
