AMWINS Tenant Improvement – Office Build-Out Construction

DCI Group completed a 2,390-square-foot tenant improvement in an existing building in Newton, Iowa, transforming an empty shell into a modern, fully functional office environment for AMWINS.

The project included glass office fronts to promote transparency and natural light, a café area with appliances, and a fully outfitted conference room for collaboration. Custom millwork trim and acoustical baffles were incorporated to enhance finishes and workplace acoustics. The turnkey build-out was completed on schedule and within budget, delivering a professional and welcoming office environment.
