DCI Group partnered with Jones Lang LaSalle to transform an existing coffee shop and storage area into the Big Acai space at 801 Grand in downtown Des Moines.
The third-floor tenant improvement included custom millwork and countertops, coordination of commercial kitchen equipment, and installation of custom accent walls. The project delivered a modern, functional space with easy access to the downtown skywalk system, enhancing both customer experience and operational efficiency.
