The new residence hall will provide modern and comfortable living spaces for students.
The project involves the construction of a 4-story apartment building for students on the Buena Vista University campus. The building will feature two-bedroom units, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Additionally, there will be a fitness center on the first floor, as well as laundry facilities on each floor. The exterior of the building will consist of a combination of brick, EFIS, stone, and glass. This project is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2025.
