Burlington Fire Department Station #03 and Fire Training Tower

DCI Group has been chosen as the Construction Manager for the replacement of Fire Station #03 and the construction of a new fire training tower for the City of Burlington.

This project encompasses a comprehensive range of services, starting from the pre-bond phase all the way through to construction completion. Scope of work includes assisting in land selection and purchase, design and consultant procurement and collaboration, programming, pre-bond assistance, cost estimation, constructability reviews, value engineering, project scheduling, quality control, managing construction progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. Throughout the entire project, DCI Group will act as the primary point of contact and coordination for all construction activities.
