CapTrust – Office Tenant Improvement

DCI Group completed a 4,500-square-foot tenant improvement for CapTrust in West Des Moines.

The project transformed the space into a functional, collaborative office environment overlooking a natural pond and mini amphitheater with landscaped surroundings. The renovation includes eight executive offices, two conference rooms, and open office areas designed to support client services and company operations. The project delivered a modern, efficient workspace tailored to CapTrust’s needs.
