The addition features open office layouts, ACT ceilings, hollow metal office fronts, and a slab-on-deck second floor. The project uniquely utilized the client’s volumetric mixing trucks to place all concrete, highlighting innovative collaboration. Existing first-floor offices were also upgraded with new ceilings and flooring while remaining occupied, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
