City State Bank – Grimes

DCI Group completed a 1,200-square-foot addition and a 500-square-foot renovation at City State Bank’s Grimes location.

This expansion added six new offices and a conference room, enhancing branch efficiency. The renovation and addition were on opposite sides of the building, requiring close coordination with the owner to manage phasing, access, and security, ensuring minimal disruption and continuous service for customers. DCI Group also matched the existing finish materials with the new ones to create a seamless appearance. Additionally, the project included an expansion of the parking lot.
