DCI Group completed a 1,200 SF addition and a 500 SF renovation at City State Bank’s Grimes location.
This allowed the bank to add six additional offices and a conference room to create more efficiency for their branch. The renovation/addition were on opposite sides of the building, so DCI Group worked hand in hand with the owner to work through phasing/access/security, etc. so the bank only had minimal interruptions and always stayed open to customers. DCI Group worked to match up the existing finish materials to new so it looks like one consistent space. There was also an addition to the parking lot as part of DCI Group’s scope of work.
