DCI Group completed a 1,200-square-foot addition and a 500-square-foot renovation at City State Bank’s Grimes location. The expansion added six offices and a conference room, improving branch efficiency.
The addition and renovation were on opposite sides of the building, requiring careful phasing and coordination to maintain customer access and security. Existing finishes were matched to create a seamless appearance, and the project also included an expanded parking lot. All work was completed with minimal disruption to daily operations.
