Clive City Hall Remodel

Clive City Hall Renovation – Phased Construction and Facility Upgrades

DCI Group managed the phased renovation of approximately 14,000 square feet of the 27,000-square-foot Clive City Hall building, ensuring continuous library operations while upgrading critical civic spaces. The project enhanced operational efficiency and delivered flexible, modern environments for staff, leadership, and the public.

Construction work included modernization of the City Council chambers, administrative offices, conference rooms, entry vestibules, and library reception area. DCI Group coordinated technology upgrades, construction sequencing, and interior finishes to minimize disruption to city operations.

The Council Chambers were a highlight, designed to reflect community values with features such as a living moss wall, wood sourced from City of Clive parks, and an open ceiling with an integrated baffle system, creating a durable and visually engaging space that supports transparent governance and public engagement.

This project demonstrates DCI Group’s expertise in managing complex, phased renovations in occupied civic facilities, delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetic improvements on time and within budget.
