Greenbelt Landing

The Greenbelt Landing Project includes the enhancement of nearly 15 acres adjacent to the Clive Aquatic Center. The project will consist of renovations to the Community Building, establishment of wetlands and bio cells, including a boardwalk through these spaces, riverbank stabilization, kayak launch, event lawn and stage, and a new playground. This initiative will expand recreational opportunities, improve water quality, and preserve wildlife habitats within the larger Clive Greenbelt.
