Greenbelt Landing – Expanding Recreation and Conservation in Clive

The Greenbelt Landing Project transforms nearly 15 acres adjacent to the Clive Aquatic Center into a vibrant recreational and natural space. The project includes renovations to the Community Building, creation of wetlands and bio cells with a scenic boardwalk, riverbank stabilization, a kayak launch, an event lawn with stage, and a new playground.

This initiative enhances public recreational opportunities, improves water quality, and preserves wildlife habitats within the Clive Greenbelt, providing a lasting benefit to the community and the environment.
