DCI Group performed this project as a Construction Manager at Risk.

This project involved renovating and adding multiple offices throughout the building, coordinating move management to facilitate furniture relocations, and installing HVAC systems in the east wing. The building remained fully occupied during construction, and DCI Group managed the work to ensure minimal disruption to the daily operations of Continental Western Group.
