DCI Group performed this project as a Construction Manager at Risk.

This project consisted of renovation and addition of multiple offices throughout the building. Helping to coordinate move management to facilitate furniture relocations throughout the building. Installation of new HVAC systems at the east wing of the building. The building was fully occupied during construction and DCI Group managed the construction to not disrupt the day-to-day business of Continental Western Group.
