Crossroads Mall Redevelopment – Site Demolition and Infrastructure Construction

DCI Group is managing the redevelopment of the 30-acre Crossroads Mall site in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

The project includes full abatement and demolition of the existing mall, removal of parking areas and site utilities, and construction of new roads, site utilities, and sanitary and water mains to service 15 future lots. Electrical and gas infrastructure is being installed in coordination with Mid-American Energy. Executed in phases to minimize disruption to current tenants, the project requires careful planning and due diligence to identify existing utilities and reduce construction-related impacts.
