Eldora New Providence School District

DCI Group and OPN Architects were hired to complete a comprehensive master plan for the South Hardin and Eldora New Providence school district.

DCI Group provided cost analysis for multiple projects and updates within the school district. The first project moving forward from the master plan is the Lower Level Remodel of Eldora Elementary School. This renovation includes updated finishes in ten classrooms, new lockers and finishes in the corridors, the renovation of five single-use bathrooms to meet ADA compliance, and the addition of mechanical conditioning to the hallway corridor space.
