DCI Group, in collaboration with OPN Architects, completed a comprehensive master plan for the South Hardin and Eldora New Providence School District. As part of the plan, DCI Group provided cost analysis for multiple projects and managed construction of the first phase: the Lower Level Remodel at Eldora Elementary School.
The renovation included updated finishes in ten classrooms, new lockers and corridor upgrades, renovation of five single-use bathrooms to meet ADA compliance, and the addition of mechanical conditioning to hallway spaces. The project improved accessibility, functionality, and comfort for students and staff.
