Ernst & Young – Office Tenant Improvement

DCI Group completed a 9,500-square-foot tenant improvement for Ernst & Young on the 31st floor at 801 Grand in downtown Des Moines.

The project included partial open ceilings, custom metal work, wood accent walls, and a server room. Construction began in January 2020 and was completed on schedule in June 2020, delivering a modern, functional office space tailored to the client’s needs.
