DCI Group is serving as construction manager for Gather Iowa, a landmark 10-acre mixed-use development in Coralville, Iowa. Located near First Avenue and Second Street, this transformative project is designed to revitalize the southeast commercial corridor and create a vibrant, walkable destination for residents, visitors, and the local community.

The development includes a diverse mix of uses, including retail and restaurant spaces, a structured parking ramp, and multiple residential buildings with approximately 300 units, including dedicated affordable housing.
