Indianola CSD – School Renovations & Additions

DCI Group provided construction management services for multiple projects across the Indianola Community School District. Work included phased renovations and additions at several district facilities, all completed while buildings remained occupied.

Whittier Elementary – Full mechanical, electrical, architectural, and site renovations to a 56,000-square-foot school, including new classrooms, a media center, and a mechanical room addition.

Irving Elementary – Site renovations with expanded parking and playgrounds, secure entry points, and a new addition for student and staff access, plus interior classroom and office updates.

Emerson Elementary – Two-phase renovation of a 54,000-square-foot school, including MEPT, architectural, and site upgrades.

High School – Multi-phase interior renovations, including administration, guidance, and professional development spaces, plus a new Family Consumer Science building.

Stadium Improvements – New 500-stall parking lots, 3,000-seat bleacher and press box, team building, and concession facility, supported by extensive site work.

All projects involved extensive interior demolition, MEPT upgrades, classroom enhancements, and site improvements, coordinated to minimize disruption to students, staff, and daily school operations.
