Innovative Radiology

DCI Group served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the comprehensive renovation of Innovative Radiology in West Des Moines, IA. This two-phase project was carefully executed while the facility remained fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted patient care.

Phase 1 focused on constructing multiple exam rooms and creating state-of-the-art radiology and imaging suites, which featured updated MRI, CT Scanner, X-Ray, and C-Arm technology. Phase 2 completed the transformation with new mammography and ultrasound areas, as well as essential support spaces.

Phase 1 was completed in October 2024, and Phase 2 was finished in March 2025—delivering a modern, efficient, and patient-centered facility.
