Innovative Radiology Renovation – West Des Moines, Iowa

DCI Group served as Construction Manager at Risk for the comprehensive renovation of Innovative Radiology in West Des Moines, Iowa. The two-phase project was executed while the facility remained fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted patient care throughout construction.

Phase 1 included the construction of multiple exam rooms and state-of-the-art radiology and imaging suites, featuring updated MRI, CT scanner, X-ray, and C-Arm technology. Phase 2 completed the renovation with new mammography and ultrasound areas, along with essential support spaces.

Phase 1 was completed in October 2024, and Phase 2 was finished in March 2025, delivering a modern, efficient, and patient-centered medical facility. DCI Group’s expertise in healthcare construction ensured the project met high standards of quality and functionality while minimizing disruption to clinical operations.
