Iowa Department of Revenue Hoover

The project includes the renovation of office spaces on the 1^st floor and the 4^th floor of the Hoover Office building to accommodate the relocation of staff.

This project included an emphasis on security, including renovation of the main entrance to the Hoover building to create a lobby with secured access to the remainder of the building.  The project scope included, MEP and architectural demolition, new office spaces, interior finishes, new MEP, and access controls.
