The project includes the renovation of office spaces on the 1st floor and the 4th floor of the Hoover Office building to accommodate the relocation of staff.
This project included an emphasis on security, including renovation of the main entrance to the Hoover building to create a lobby with secured access to the remainder of the building. Project scope included, MEP and architectural demolition, new office spaces, interior finishes, new MEP, access controls. This project is currently under construction with anticipated completion of January 2021.
