The Iowa Lottery Headquarters was a renovation project completed in 2014.
The scope included renovations to interior space to accommodate the relocation of the Iowa Lottery’s Headquarters. This included finish upgrades, security improvements, generator addition, and mechanical system improvements. Improvements to the exterior envelope were also completed along with some minor site work revisions to accommodate the generator and owner furnished signage. The project was completed on budget and under a very short schedule to accommodate owner move deadlines.
