DCI Group oversaw the transformation of two acres of central green at the Iowa Veterans Home into a modern, ADA-compliant courtyard, completed in November 2020.
The project included new pavement, updated storm utilities, three gathering shelters, water features, a basketball court, shuffleboard court, putting green, and ADA-accessible planter boxes. These upgrades created a safe, functional, and welcoming outdoor environment for residents and staff.
