DCI Group completed the Fox and Ulery Residence Halls at the Iowa Veterans Home in 2012, totaling 152,000 square feet across two buildings with 180 assisted living and memory care units.
The facility includes 12 unit neighborhoods, each with kitchens, living areas, and common spaces designed according to Federal Veterans Administration Living Center guidelines. Since completion, DCI Group has managed upgrades to security cameras, nurse call systems, fire damper code improvements, outdoor courtyards, and the emergency paging system, maintaining and enhancing functionality for residents and staff.
