The facility contains both assisted and memory care community living units. The design and construction of the facility closely followed the Federal Veterans Administration Living Center guidelines. Twelve unit neighborhoods for both assisted living and memory care units exist with kitchens, living units, and common spaces for the residents. DCI Group’s role acted as the Construction Manager during the construction and closeouts phases. DCI Group has been contracted since the original building completion in 2012 to upgrade several aspects of the building and its systems including; security cameras, nurse call systems, fire damper code improvements, outdoor courtyards, and an emergency paging system.
