DCI Group completed a 1,600-square-foot addition and a 4,000-square-foot renovation for Little Panther Daycare.
The single-story, wood-framed addition included a full basement for mechanical and electrical equipment, providing access to the existing crawlspace and allowing temporary relocation of students. The subsequent renovation of the existing facility featured a complete daycare room remodel, upgraded LVT flooring, new exterior doors and windows, and updated toilets with new partitions.
DCI Group took over the project in early November 2021, replacing the previous general contractor, and broke ground within three weeks. Careful coordination with subcontractors and the daycare staff ensured minimal disruption while completing exterior and interior upgrades on schedule.
