Little Panther Daycare

DCI Group completed an addition and renovation for Little Panther Daycare.

The project began with a 1,600 square-foot, single-story, wood-framed daycare addition featuring a full basement for mechanical and electrical equipment, which provided access to the existing crawlspace beneath the daycare. This addition allowed for the relocation of students, enabling the subsequent 4,000 square-foot remodel of the existing facility. The remodel included a complete renovation of a daycare room, installation of upgraded LVT flooring throughout, new doors and windows in the exterior walls, replacement of existing exterior doors, and new toilets and toilet partitions. DCI Group took over the project in early November 2021, replacing a General Contractor and broke ground within three weeks. The renovation involved a coordinated effort between DCI Group, their subcontractors, and Little Panther Daycare to manage the daily relocation of classroom furniture, staff, and students, ensuring the seamless installation of new exterior doors and flooring upgrades.
