DCI Group completed an addition and renovation for Little Panther Daycare.
Phase 1: 1,600SF wood framed single story daycare addition with full basement that housed mechanical and electrical equipment with access to existing crawlspace beneath existing daycare.
Phase 2: 4,000SF remodel of existing daycare facility that included full remodel of a daycare room, upgraded LVT flooring throughout, installed new doors and windows in existing exterior walls, replaced existing exterior doors, and replaced all existing toilets and toilet partitions.
Phase 1 was our first priority in constructing the Daycare Addition so DCI Group could facilitate the relocation of students to the new addition so the remodel portion of existing classroom and office spaces could commence. DCI Group was notified in Early-November 2021 of the immediate need to replace a General Contractor that was not able to complete this work and DCI Group broke ground less than three (3) weeks later. Phase 2 was a coordinated effort between DCI Group, their subcontracted Partners, and the Little Panther Daycare in scheduling movement of classroom furniture, staff, and students on a day-by-day schedule to facilitate the installation of exterior doors and upgraded flooring.
