Melcher-Dallas Gymnasium Addition

This project consists of the demolition of an existing wing of the Melcher-Dallas Community School District due to structural failure followed by a 22,500-square-foot gymnasium and classroom single-story addition with a mezzanine level overlooking the gymnasium.

In addition to a new gym, this expansion will feature locker rooms, a wrestling room, and a community-accessible weight room. It will also introduce new classrooms for art, music, vocational agriculture, and shop courses. A new administrative area will be created, which will establish a secure main entrance to the school. Throughout the construction process, the existing school will remain fully open and operational.
