North Polk Community School District

North Polk School District has experienced significant growth, necessitating the expansion of their high school and the construction of a new elementary school.

DCI Group provided preconstruction and construction services for a 14,000-square-foot addition to the high school and an 81,000-square-foot elementary school in Polk City, IA. They created a logistical plan that prioritized student safety and completed the high school expansion in October 2021. Currently, DCI Group is engaged in preconstruction services for two new projects at Central Elementary and the Middle School. Additionally, they supported the district with a high school parking lot expansion and a fire sprinkler upgrade at West Elementary.
