North Polk School District – High School Expansion & Elementary School Construction

DCI Group provided preconstruction and construction services for a 14,000-square-foot high school addition and an 81,000-square-foot new elementary school in Polk City, Iowa. The high school expansion was completed in October 2021, with a logistical plan prioritizing student safety throughout construction.

The elementary school included classrooms, support spaces, and modern educational facilities designed to accommodate the district’s growing student population. Additional district support included a high school parking lot expansion and a fire sprinkler upgrade at West Elementary. DCI Group is also engaged in preconstruction for two new projects at Central Elementary and the Middle School, continuing to support the district’s growth.
