North Polk Community School District

North Polk School District has had dramatic growth with-in their school district resulting in the need for expansion of their high school, as well as a new elementary school.

DCI Group provided preconstruction and construction services for a 14,000 square foot high school addition and an 81,000 square foot elementary school in Polk City, IA. They developed a logistical plan prioritizing student safety and completed the high school project in October 2021. Currently, DCI Group is offering preconstruction services for two new projects at Central Elementary and the Middle School. They also assisted the North Polk School District with a high school parking lot addition and a fire sprinkler expansion at West Elementary.
