Northwest Dakota Surgery Center

DCI Group Inc. completed preconstruction services and has started construction services for the 20,000-square-foot medical office building located in Minot, North Dakota.

The building is a single-story steel structure with an enclosure made of masonry veneer, terra cotta, and curtainwall. The construction for this facility began in the spring of 2023 with a planned opening in the third quarter of 2024.
