Northwest Dakota Surgery Center

DCI Group Inc. completed preconstruction and construction services for the 20,000-square-foot medical office building located in Minot, North Dakota.

This new ambulatory surgery center houses 4 surgery sites along with a medical office building providing clinical support. The building is a single-story steel structure with an enclosure made of masonry veneer, terra cotta, and curtainwall. Construction began in Spring 2023 and was completed in August 2024.
