DCI Group Inc. completed preconstruction services and has started construction services for the 20,000 SF medical office building located in Minot, North Dakota.
The building is a single story steel structure with an enclosure made of masonry veneer, terra cotta, and curtainwall. The construction for this facility began in spring 2023 with a planned opening in third quarter of 2024.
