Minot Ambulatory Surgery Center – Preconstruction & Construction Services

DCI Group Inc. provided full preconstruction and construction management services for the 20,000-square-foot Minot Ambulatory Surgery Center in North Dakota. This state-of-the-art medical facility includes four surgery suites and a medical office building to support clinical operations. The single-story steel structure features a modern enclosure of masonry veneer, terra cotta, and curtainwall. Construction began in Spring 2023 and was completed in August 2024, delivering a high-quality, fully functional healthcare facility on schedule.
