Oaknoll Small House – Skilled Nursing Facility in Iowa City

This project involved the design and construction of the Oaknoll Small House, a 9,900-square-foot skilled nursing facility in Iowa City. The facility accommodates 12 full-time residents and includes a variety of support spaces such as a kitchen, walk-in pantry, clean and soiled linen storage, spa, administrative offices, and a garage.

The building also provides multiple common areas for residents, including a den, enclosed porch, screened-in porch, and a spacious great room, creating comfortable and engaging living environments.
