DCI Group finished constructing a two-story, 50,000 square foot multi-tenant office building for Galloway Holdings in West Des Moines. Situated by a pond, the building features a steel and concrete structure. Its striking aesthetic includes an elaborate landscape design, complemented by a façade of curtainwall and fiberglass panels. The project encompassed high-end finishes for entryways, common restrooms, and lobby spaces. Additionally, DCI Group executed numerous tenant finish projects within the building.
