Galloway Holdings Multi-Tenant Office Building – West Des Moines
DCI Group completed construction of a two-story, 50,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building for Galloway Holdings in West Des Moines, Iowa. Situated adjacent to a pond, the steel and concrete structure features a striking design, highlighted by an elaborate landscape and a modern façade of curtainwall and fiberglass panels.
The project included high-end finishes for entryways, lobbies, and common restrooms, while DCI Group also delivered multiple tenant finish projects within the building. Completed in collaboration with Substance Architecture, this project demonstrates DCI Group’s expertise in multi-tenant office construction and tenant improvements, combining functionality with an attractive, professional aesthetic.
