Oaks on Grand

DCI Group is acting as the Construction Manager/Design Builder for this project.

The project contains two buildings, both planned for primarily office use. Building 1 also contains a warehouse component. The buildings are two stories and planned to have a steel structure and a combination of curtainwall and glass fiber reinforced panels for the enclosure. Building 1 will serve as the office space for Galloway Holdings and Building 2 is planned to contain office space for leasing tenants. Building 1 was completed in the Summer of 2022.
