DCI Group is acting as the Construction Manager/Design Builder for this project.
The project is currently in design and scheduled to begin construction in early spring of 2021 and completed late 2022. The project contains two buildings, both planned for primarily office use. Building 1 also contains a warehouse component. The buildings are two stories and planned to have a steel structure and a combination of curtainwall and glass fiber reinforced panels for the enclosure. Building 1 will serve as the office space for Galloway Holdings and Building 2 is planned to contain office space for leasing tenants.
