Repairs to 247 existing windows in the 5-story Oran Pape office building on the Capitol Complex.
Repairs consisted of window removal, new sealant and flashing around perimeter of opening, re-installation of window and repairs to interior finishes around the window frames including new drywall, paint, sealant and window shades.
The building remained occupied for the duration of the project. Construction activities were coordinated on a daily basis so that ongoing building operations were not disrupted.
