Parkins Surgery Center

DCI group was contracted as Construction Manager at Risk to transform a 6,540-square-foot restaurant into a plastic surgery center.

This project involved complete interior demolition and the construction of six exam rooms, three pre-op/recovery rooms, an operating room, three offices, a staff area, and a reception area. This included the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems to meet the specific needs of the operating room and other spaces. DCI Group also coordinated the interior and exterior signage, along with enhancements such as revitalizing the exterior facade, sidewalks, parking lot, and landscaping.
