Parkins Surgery Center – Healthcare Facility Renovation

DCI Group served as Construction Manager at-Risk to transform a 6,540-square-foot restaurant into the Parkins Surgery Center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

The project included full interior demolition and construction of six exam rooms, three pre-op/recovery rooms, an operating room, three offices, a staff area, and a reception area. New mechanical and electrical systems were installed to meet the specialized requirements of the operating room and medical spaces. Additional work included coordinating interior and exterior signage, revitalizing the exterior facade, sidewalks, parking lot, and landscaping. The project delivered a fully functional healthcare facility tailored to patient care and surgical operations.
