DCI group was hired as a Construction Manager at Risk to remodel this 6,540 SF restaurant into a plastic surgery center.
Work consisted of demolition of the entire interior of the space and building six exam rooms, three pre-op/recovery rooms, an OR, three offices, staff area and reception area. This included all new mechanical and electrical systems to meet the requirements of the OR and other spaces. DCI also coordinated interior and exterior signage as well as exterior improvements such as revitalizing the exterior façade, sidewalks, parking lot and landscaping.
