DCI Group partnered with Pella Corporation to complete a series of interior renovations and exterior site improvements focused on safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
Interior renovations included converting existing restrooms into modern single-use facilities with new plumbing and electrical systems, along with upgraded finishes. The project also added a new code-compliant stairwell and completed egress improvements to enhance safety and accessibility within office spaces.
Exterior improvements involved removal of outdated structures and construction of new landscaping features, a shade structure, and a stamped concrete patio. These upgrades created an inviting outdoor seating area while improving the overall functionality and appearance of the site.
