Prairie City Monroe CSD – School Renovations & Additions

DCI Group managed multiple renovation and addition projects for the Prairie City Monroe Community School District, providing services through both pre-referendum planning and construction.

The scope included major improvements at Prairie City Elementary, Monroe Elementary, and PCM High School. Work involved renovations and additions to middle school and high school facilities, along with significant updates to the elementary school. All projects were completed while the schools remained occupied, requiring detailed phasing and coordination to minimize disruption to students and staff. The work delivered improved learning environments across the district.
