DCI Group provided Construction Management services to complete three projects for the Prairie City Monroe Community School District.
DCI Group provided pre-bond referendum and progressed through construction and preconstruction phases of the projects. Significant renovations and additions to the Middle School and High School completed, as well as, major renovations to Monroe Elementary School. These projects took place during occupied conditions, so strict logistics planning was required.
