Knapp Properties – Retail Building Construction in Waukee

DCI Group completed construction of a 7,000-square-foot retail building for Knapp Properties in Waukee, Iowa.

The building features cultured stone, storefront entrances, and composite wood decking accents at the corners. The structure includes four tenant bays designed to accommodate multiple retail users, including Pancheros and Great Clips. The project delivered a modern, flexible retail facility suited for a variety of tenants.
