This project aimed to enhance the facility’s efficiency. The remodel reorganized the equipment to improve process flow and created space for 40 additional scanning and distribution workstations, 42 manager and supervisor workstations, and 230 new disaster recovery workstations. The completed office space doubled in size, incorporating a larger break area, vending machines, and a spacious conference room. The renovation was carefully sequenced to ensure that operations continued uninterrupted throughout the construction period.
