Renovated 7,100 square feet of office space in 801 Grand.
Work scope included complete demo of existing space, 6 offices, a golf simulator room, 2 conference rooms, a breakroom, and open office area. There were a few unique finishes in the space including a baffled ceiling and two curved hallways. This new space gives Q2 one of the best office views in downtown Des Moines to conduct everyday business operations and show off to existing/future clients.
