Q2 – Office Renovation at 801 Grand

DCI Group completed a 7,100-square-foot office renovation at 801 Grand in downtown Des Moines for Q2.

The project included full demolition of the existing space and construction of six private offices, two conference rooms, a breakroom, a golf simulator, and an open office area. Distinct design elements included a baffled ceiling system and two curved hallways. The renovated space delivers a functional, modern office environment while taking advantage of expansive downtown views to support daily operations and client engagement.
